YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 5, ARMENPRESS. The Republic of Artsakh should have a decisive voice and involvement in the NK conflict settlement processes, Armenian foreign ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan said at a news conference today.

“Since the very first day we have clearly stipulated that Artsakh’s status and security are a priority for us,” she said. “Artsakh must have a decisive voice and involvement in the real and long-lasting settlement process. This is the principled stance that has been presented both to the [OSCE Minsk Group]Co-Chairs and the Azerbaijani side,” Naghdalyan said.

The foreign ministry spokesperson noted that in this matter the principles have been stipulated numerously and there cannot be a second opinion.
