Armenia’s defense minister extends condolences on Russian serviceman’s death in Gyumri

YEREVAN, APRIL 23, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s defense minister Vigen Sargsyan extended his condolences on April 23 to Russia’s defense minister Sergey Shoygu on the death of Dmitry Yalpayev, the contract serviceman of the 102nd Russian military base of Gyumri.

“I extend my deepest condolences to you, the command of the Russian Southern Military District and the 102nd military base, family and friends of the dead serviceman. Please accept our sympathy and compassion.

I reassure you that the Armenian Government is taking all necessary actions for fully revealing the circumstances of the incident and bringing the perpetrators to justice”, Sargsyan said in the statement.
