YEREVAN, MARCH 27, ARMENPRESS. There are number of reasonable plans in the negotiation table for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict over which the sides must negotiate and find solutions, OSCE Minsk Group American Co-Chair Richard Hoagland told reporters in Yerevan on March 27, reports Armenpress.

“Perhaps, these plans are not final, but they are in circulation which means that the negotiations must continue over them”, Hoagland said.

He attached importance to the fact that the political leaders of the conflicting sides must demonstrate political will and return to negotiations. The US Co-Chair stated that in order to reach the peaceful settlement of the conflict the conflicting sides must work on settlement plans.

Commenting on the question whether the so-called “Lavrov” settlement plan is being circulated, Hoagland said they do not use “Lavrov plan” expression. “We do not use such expression. There is a plan which is being circulated: it is comprised of 3 parts, but at the moment I find it inappropriate to present details over it. The sides are working on this”, he said.
