STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 20, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received on February 20 former Senator, member of “The Nagorno Karabakh Forum” of Uruguay Oscar Lopez Goldaracena, who came to Artsakh with an observation mission.

As "Armenpress" was informed from the press service of NKR MFA, at the meeting the sides touched upon the activities of the “The Nagorno Karabakh Forum” aimed at establishing bilateral ties in different spheres as well as raising awareness about the realization of the right of the Artsakh people to self-determination and democratic processes in the NKR among the Uruguay Community.

The sides discussed a range of other issues of bilateral interest.
