Stepantsminda-Lars highway re-opened after brief overnight shutdown
10:09, 20 January 2017YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, ARMENPRESS. Georgian authorities told Armenia’s ministry of transportation, communication and information technologies that the Stepantsminda-Lars highway had been shut down for a few hours overnight due to safety concerns, the ministry told ARMENPRESS.
As of 10:00, January 20, the highway is open for all types of vehicles with the use of snow chains.
