YEREVAN, OCTOBER 28, ARMENPRESS. The Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh told ARMENPRESS Azerbaijani forces made 60 ceasefire violations in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact.

The ministry’s statement reads: “Overnight October 27-28 Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact around 60 times. Azerbaijani forces fired more than 700 shots at Armenian positions from various caliber small arms. In the southern and northern directions of the line of contact Azerbaijan also fired NSV and DShk heavy machine guns (141 shots).

The Defense Army continued confidently carrying out military duty, taking countermeasures only in case of strict necessity”.
