YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS. The Nor Nork Police Department received a call from the ambulance service that a dead body of a man has been found in Charents district of Avan at 22:30, August 23.

At 22:40 the Police received a report that a nearby garage is on fire, and a man armed with a knife is in the vicinity.

Police units were dispatched to the scene and found out that an altercation took place after the garage was set on fire, resulting in a 73 year old man stabbing a 40 year old man, who later succumbed to his wounds in the elevator of the building.

The 73 year old has been arrested, and the knife has been confiscated.

Investigation is underway.
