Armenian Government to submit anti-corruption bills to parliament in early September
YEREVAN, AUGUST 22, ARMENPRESS. The Government of the Republic of Armenia has taken serious measures and continues in the same spirit to fight corruption, “Armenian” PM Hovik Abrahamyan told the participants of “Baze-2016” pan-Armenian youth camp. “We have taken serious steps and at my request the Justice Minister of Armenia presented these steps in detail during the last Cabinet meeting. The works are underway and the results will be visible in the near future”, “Armenpress” reports Abrahamyan saying.
Hovik Abrahamyan added that the Government will submit a number of anti-corruption bills to the National Assembly in early September. “I think by the end of the year these bills aimed at effective fight against corruption will be adopted”, the PM concluded.
