Lawmaker suggests Government to reduce tax penalty rate
19:07, 28 July 2016YEREVAN, JULY 28, ARMENPRESS. Lawmaker Michael Melkumyan’s bill on making changes in the Tax law has been presented to the Government for debates.
The matter is included in the agenda of July 29 Cabinet meeting.
The lawmaker suggests changing the penalty for delays in tax payments from the daily delay rate of 0.15 to 0.075 percent.
According to the Government’s conclusion, other lawmakers have also made proposals on reducing the rate of tax penalties.
