“Information has been spread by the media as if during the attempt to contact the gunmen, it was clarified that Deputy Chief of Yerevan Police Department Valery Osipyan possesses the phone number of Areg Kyureghyan. We inform that this news is an absolute disinformation. In reality the phone call has been made to Valery Osipyan’s number, which he possesses for 15 years and is well known to reporters. Once again we urge to clarify each information and refrain from spreading disinformation”, Aharonyan wrote on Facebook.
