YEREVAN, JULY 25, ARMENPRESS. The Court has decided to put under arrest President of the “Founding Parliament” Garegin Chukaszyan. Chukaszyan is currently wanted by law enforcement agencies.

Chukaszyan, along with Zhirayr Sefilyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Pavel Manukyan, Garegin and Gevorg Sarfaryan, were previously arrested in suspicion of preparing mass disturbances ahead of April 24, 2015 – Commemoration Day of Armenian Genocide.

Few days later they were released.

The Investigative Committee says Garegin Chukaszyan has not responded to the notice of the law enforcement agencies, which were sent to him in accordance to the law.

Law enforcement agencies found out he has changed his residence without notifying relevant agencies. thus violating the conditions for which he was released previously.
