YEREVAN, APRIL 16, ARMENPRESS.  The first session of the board of trustees of the “ARM TECH” cyber security center-foundation was headed by Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan. As “Armenpress” was informed by the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Defense Ministry, the board included members of ICT and HT sectors. Members of the Board of Trustees are First Deputy Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan, head of the Defense Ministry’s military-industrial department Class II State Advisor of the Special Investigative Service Murad Isakhanyan, director of YerMMF Arsen Taroyan, director of “Synopsis Armenia” CJSC Hovik Musayelyan, director of “Enterprise Incubator Foundation” Bagrat Yengibaryan, President of ICT employers’ Union Armen Baldryan, President of Union of IT enterprises Alexander Esayan and YerSRIMM Secretary of Board of Directors Levon Petrosyan.

“ARMTECH” aims at providing IT solutions in the defense sector. The center also aims at cooperation with the private sector and educational sector, which will enhance the invulnerability of defense systems from cyber threats.

The center has 4 main directions: Training and Qualification Department, Solutions development department, Cyber security department, Incubation department
