YEREVAN, 19 JUNE, ARMENPRESS:Armenia and Russia are deepening the cooperation in the sphere of humanitarian project implementation. The National Assembly discusses the agreement on the creation of Russian-Armenian humanitarian center signed in Moscow on 19 of May in 2015 between the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation. The main reporter, the minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency, Vache Terteryan noted that the agreement provides for the large-scale regional cooperation in the formation, deployment and usage of the humanitarian rescue efforts.“The agreement provides that Armenian-Russian humanitarian center will be formed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The center will be equipped with large-scale humanitarian relief and rescue equipment, " as “Armenpress” reports, mentioned Terteryan.
