US House of Representatives to hold subcommittee hearing on Nagorno-Karabakh

James O’Brien, Assistant Secretary, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and Dr. Alexander Sokolowski, Deputy Assistant Administrator, Bureau for Europe and Eurasia at the U.S. Agency for International Development will be the witnesses at the hearing.
