ICRC evacuates 10 patients from Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, AUGUST 25, ARMENPRESS. 10 patients along with their attendants have been evacuated from blockaded Nagorno-Karabakh by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Armenia for urgent treatment, the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Ministry of Healthcare said on Friday.

Another 8 patients, who have completed treatment in Armenia, along with their attendants will be transported back to Nagorno-Karabakh later tonight.

34 children are hospitalized in the Arevik clinic. Two of them are in neonatal and intensive care.

91 patients are hospitalized in the Republican Medical Center. 5 of them are in intensive care (2 are critically-ill).
