Azeri pseudo-eco activists leave for Baku to warm up, and soldiers remain in their place – Le Figaro executive
YEREVAN, JANUARY 10, ARMENPRESS. The blocking of the Lachin Corridor is the first act of war against the Armenians of Artsakh, Le Figaro magazine Vice Director Jean-Christophe Buisson said.
“With the temperatures down to -10°, the Azeri pseudo-eco activists left for Baku to warm up. In their place: soldiers. The masks are off : the blocking of the Lachin corridor (for 28 days!!) is indeed 1 act of war against the Armenians of Artsakh,"Jean-Christophe Buisson tweeted.

The Lachin Corridor is blocked by Azerbaijan since 12 December 2022. The corridor is the only travel and supply route for the 120,000 Armenians of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh). The blockade has caused a humanitarian crisis. Shortages of essential products such as food and medicine prompted Nagorno Karabakh authorities to introduce rationing. Hospitals are keeping planned surgeries on hold. 1,100 residents of Nagorno Karabakh, including 270 children who were in Armenia when the road was blocked are unable to return to their homes.
