Exports from Armenia to Belarus and Russia grew 2,8 and 2,5 times in ten months of 
2022

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Mutual trade volume between Eurasian Economic Union countries grew and opened new opportunities for some EEU economies. The volume of exports from Armenia to Belarus and Russia also grew, the Eurasian Economic Commission reported.

According to the EEU, the changes in the industrial-logistic chains created new possibilities for some EEU economies.

“In the ten months of 2022 exports from Armenia to Belarus and Russia grew 2,8 and 2,5 times. Exports from Kyrgyzstan to these countries increased 2 and 2,6 times,” the Eurasian Economic Commission said.

Kazakh exports to each country increased 1,2 times. Overall, the mutual trade volume of EEU countries grew 12,8% during the ten months of 2022 and comprised 67 billion dollars. Analysts project the mutual trade volume to reach 80-83 billion dollars by yearend.
