Armenia Central Bank forecasts 4.5% economic growth for 2023

The Central Bank of Armenia is forecasting 12.9% economic growth this year, and 4.5% for the next year, CBA Governor Martin Galstyan said during the debate of the 2023 state budget draft at the joint session of the parliamentary standing committees.
“The economic growth figure of the next year will be lower than 7% as predicted by the government. We expect it to be 4.5% because this year’s growth has been quite high”, he said.
