YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today that Azerbaijan has some success also in terms of its relations with the allies of Armenia, and is trying to do so that no arms are supplied to Armenia. He said that payments have been made, but the commitments to supply weapons to Armenia are not being fulfilled, including by the ally countries.

“In all directions, in all cases wherever possible, unfortunately, they have some success also in terms of the relations with our allies, wherever possible they are attempting to do so that no arms and ammunition are supplied to Armenia. We have cases when 100 million dollars have been paid, but the delivery commitments to Armenia are not being fulfilled, including by the ally countries. This is, of course, a sad reality. And we need to deeply analyze this situation”, he said at the Cabinet meeting.

He stated that all this is being done with a far-reaching goal of making the Armenian side refuse from its statehood, its sovereignty and go to concessions from its territorial integrity.

“But I want to emphasize that despite all factors, we are determined in protecting our independence, our sovereignty and our territorial integrity. And glory to all the heroes who stand in the positions of protecting Armenia’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity”, he said.
