Armenian PM congratulates France’s Macron on National Day

YEREVAN, JULY 14, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory letter to President of France Emmanuel Macron on the French National Day, the Armenian PM’s Office told Armenpress.

The letter runs as follows:

“Dear Mr. President,

On behalf of the Armenian people and myself personally I warmly congratulate you and the good people of France of the National Day.

Thanks to the victory of freedom-loving and revolutionary spirit of the French people, the civilizational values of human rights, equality of citizens and enlightenment were put on the core of the historical development of Europe.

Today we are proud to record the presence of a high-level dialogue between Armenia and France which is based on the centuries-old Armenian-French historical and cultural ties and common values. Today, when the world has become unpredictable and full of challenges, we reaffirm our full readiness to continue expanding and deepening the cooperation between Armenia and France both at the bilateral and multilateral levels.

Armenia highly values France’s constructive and balanced mediation involvement to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process within the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair format as a guarantee for regional peace, stability and development.

I am looking forward to hosting you in Armenia on a state visit in the future.

I once again congratulate you on the French National Day, wishing you good health and energy, and to the good people of France – welfare and new achievements”.
