YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 12, ARMENPRESS. The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Armenia reassures that the sides do not negotiate over any concrete document over Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, ARMENPRESS reports spokesperson of MFA Armenia Anna Naghdalyan said, answering the question of RFE/RL's Armenian Service, commenting on the recent announcement of the Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov.

RFE/RL's Armenian Service – Mammadyarov expressed some optimism over the peace process in his last announcement, given the fact that he expressed dissatisfaction following the New York meeting in September. What has changed? The Azerbaijani FM also talked about a document that is being discussed. What document did he mean?

Anna Naghdalyan – I would not like to comment on the excitement, disappointment or optimism of the Azerbaijani FM over the peace process. I can only say that the peace process goes ahead without any dramatic changes.

I want to reassure that at the moment the sides do not negotiate over any concrete document.
