YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. US President Donald Trump denied the media reports according to which he is ready to meet with the Iranian leadership without any conditions.

“The Fake News is saying that I am willing to meet with Iran, ‘No Conditions.’ That is an incorrect statement (as usual!),” Trump said on Twitter. 

Last week Trump said maybe he will meet with Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani on the sidelines of the general political debates in the UN General Assembly.

On September 10 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said “He (Trump) is prepared to meet with no preconditions”, Reuters reported.
