YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan congratulated people of Artsakh on holding free, fair and competitive elections of local self-government bodies, the PM said on Facebook.

“I congratulate the heroic people of Artsakh on holding free, fair and competitive elections of LSG bodies. I congratulate all elected candidates and wish them productive work for the benefit of homeland and the people. I also congratulate the organizations that conducted observer mission during elections the activity of which overall contributed to raising the quality of elections”, the PM said.

On September 8 elections of mayors were held in capital Stepanakert and 228 communities of Artsakh. A total of 415 candidates were nominated for the LSG elections.
