YEREVAN, MARCH 11, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian received James Appathurai, NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office, the President highly assessed the current level of Armenia-NATO relations and the cooperation in the sidelines of different programs.

James Appathurai noted that Armenia is a firm and reliable partner of the NATO.

The interlocutors highlighted Armenia-NATO cooperation in various spheres, including the effective participation of Armenia in international peacekeeping missions. The sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments.
