6.2 magnitude quake hits Japan’s Hokkaido island

YEREVAN, MARCH 2, ARMENPRESS. 6.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Hokkaido island of Japan, RIA Novosti reported.

Its epicentre was near the Nemuro Peninsula.

No threat of tsunami is reported.

There are no reports on casualties and injured yet.
