YEREVAN, DECEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS. The Republican Party of Armenia hasn’t yet held discussions over a candidate for Prime Minister of 2018, Vice President of the ruling party Galust Sahakyan said, stressing that everyone mostly already has decided and see President Sargsyan as a candidate for PM.

“As of this moment, everyone is oriented. I don’t think you’ll ask anyone else and hear a different answer”, Sahakyan said.

Asked if Sahakyan himself has a decision on a candidate for president, the MP answered that he didn’t give it a thought, however it is the ruling party that will present a candidate for president also.

“A discussion stage will be held, as soon as these discussions begin, I will express my opinion”, he said.

He also added that he wants the opposition to present candidates also.
