YEREVAN, DECEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. By the decree of the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan General-Lieutenant Haykaz Baghmanyan has been relieved of the post of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office.
