Stepantsminda-Lars highway re-opened after brief shutdown

YEREVAN, MARCH 28, ARMENPRESS. The Traffic Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Infrastructures and Territorial Development told Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies, that on March 28, as of 11:00, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles in case of using snow chains, the Ministry told Armenpress.
