YEREVAN, JANUARY 13, ARMENPRESS. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on January 13 signed a decree on appointing Armen Soghomonyan member of the NKR State Board on Statistics with a 6 year term in office, press service of the NKR Presidential administration told “Armenpress”.
