Azerbaijan fires more than 420 shots at NKR posts overnight

YEREVAN, JANUARY 9, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan made over 30 ceasefire violations in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, the defense ministry of Nagorno Karabakh told ARMENPRESS.

The ministry issued a statement, saying: “Overnight January 8-9 Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire regime in the Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact around 30 times, firing more than 420 shots from various caliber small arms at Nagorno Karabakh posts.

The Armed Forces of Nagorno Karabakh are in control of the tactical-strategic situation and continue their service accordingly”.
