YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. One should not have big expectations from Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents’ anticipated meeting in December. Political analyst Richard Giragosian told about the aforementioned during a round-table discussion, referring to NKR conflict’s current situation.”Armenia does not have a partner negotiating for peace in this procedure. After Azerbaijani authorities heavily stroked their civil society, they are targeting their military structures. At the same time anti-Armenian aggressive oratory is increasing day by day. This oratory brings to military actions directed not only against Nagorno karabakh, but also against Armenian Republic. We must not be nave, we are in an undeclared war condition,” the political analyst told, as “Armenpress” reports.

Acording to Richard Giragosian’s speech, unlike Azerbaijan, Armenia fully supports the peace process and Minsk Group co-chairs’ activity. In this respect Armenia's foreign policy have register successes, but, according to the political analyst, successes happen due to Azerbaijan’s failures.

According to him, NKR conflict is in a dynamic procedure which goes worse and Azerbaijan turned into turn into a "different kind" of enemy.
