British company offering financial services enters Armenian market

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS. “Laboratory of Financial Technologies” (Finlab) investment company has become a subsidiary company of British “Divisa Capital”. “Armenpress” reports, referring to Finance Magnates that “Divisa Capital” has bought the Armenian company which will be renamed “Divisa AM” CJSC. It is planned to launch it in 2015.  

“Armenia has a very strong and strictly regulated banking system which allows the country to overcome the recent global financial crises,” CEO Mushegh Tovmasyan noted, adding that they were especially surprised by the interest in their services on the part of big companies operating in the market of European Economic Union.

“Divisa Capital” is company offering financial services that is controlled by Financial Conduct Authority of Great Britain.
