Brazil is looking forward to Olympic Games
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Brazil is looking forward to the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Armenia H.E. Edson Marinho Duarte Monteiro said the aforementioned during his interview with “Armenpress”.
Brazil Ambassador noted that everybody participated in the organization of the Olympic Games and the people were very excited. Different events like Pan American Games, Military World Games, FIFA Confederations Cup, FIFA World Cup had been organized in Brazil earlier which were leading Brazil to the Olympic Games.
The 2016 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXXI Olympiad, are the thirty-first Summer Olympic Games, the world's largest international multi-sport event that is held every four years. The 2016 Summer Olympics are commonly known as Rio 2016, as this competition will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The host city of Rio de Janeiro was announced at the 121st IOC Session held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 2 October 2009.
