YEREVAN, AUGUST 31, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation reached an agreement over the terms of reference of the audit that is to be held in “Electric Networks of Armenia "CJSC based on the agreement reached on July 9 during the meeting of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, H. Abrahamyan, and the head of the RF Government, D. Medvedev.  As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Energy and Natural resources, the terms of reference is aimed to receive the opinion of the leading independent consulting organization over the following three issues:

The first issue is the conclusion about the substantiation of the expenses of the company during 2009-2014 and the examination of trade and technological losses. The second issue is the examination of the productiveness of the investments, as well as the substantiation of the lease payments for real estate and transportation means. The third issue is effective assessment of the management of the company.

Taking RA “Law on Purchases” as basis, “Electric Networks of Armenia "CJSC has announced an open tender for audit services. The winning company will complete the investigation after 4 months starting from signing the contract and will introduce the final report 30 days after it. Applications for the tender can be submitted until September 30.

The results of the audit will be published and available.
