1,3-magnitude earthquake shakes Armenia
YEREVAN, MAY 29, ARMENPRESS: A 1,3-magnitude earthquake was registered on May 29 at 04:53 local time in the Republic of Armenia. In the epicenter the magnitude of the earthquake was registered 2. The Seismological Network of the Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that the geographical coordinates of the epicenter were northern latitude 40,280 and eastern longitude 44,420. The hypocenter of the earthquake was on the depth of 10 kilometers.
The Ministry informed that the earthquake was felt in the capital Yerevan.
