YEREVAN, MAY 25, ARMENPRESS: On 25 May the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the NKR Security Council. The press service of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that issues related to harvest and measures for fighting fire hazards in the fire season were on the agenda of the meeting.

Minister of agriculture, director of the state service of emergency situations, director of the countryside and agriculture assistance fund, heads of regional administrations delivered corresponding reports and speeches.

For effective organization of the 2015 harvest the Head of the State instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to form an emergency response center at the head of prime-minister Ara Harutyunyan till 1 June.
