YEREVAN, MAY 6, ARMENPRESS: The churches, located on the territory of Turkey, continue to be left in a state of abandonment and appeared in dilapidated condition. Armenpress reports that the Turkish siverekhaber.net alarmed about the bad condition of the church in Germush Village of Şanlıurfa (Urfa).
At present the church is used as a stud. The local population expressed their discontent that the church is neglected and there is an animal muck inside of it. They stressed that this state of the church considerably hinders the tourism in that area. Nevertheless, neither the Ministry of Culture, nor the local administration took measures to restore and clean the church.
