Representatives of Armenia’s ethnic minorities pay tribute to Armenian Genocide victims
YEREVAN, 25 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. Representatives of 11 ethnic minorities of Armenia marched from Karen Demirchyan Sport and Concert Complex to Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial where they paid tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
“On behalf of all Kurds, we bow in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide and urge the Turkish government to recognize the Armenian Genocide and publicly apologize to the Armenian people. We also urge Turkey to put an end to the Kurdish genocide,” leader of the Kurdish community in Armenia Knyaz Hasanov mentioned, as “Armenpress” reports.
