Armenian Genocide centennial dedicated expo held in Spain’s Pinto
YEREVAN, MARCH 27, ARMENPRESS: On March 26, exhibition entitled “Armenian Genocide on the front pages of the world media” was held in Pinto, Spain. The event was organized by the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute in cooperation with the Embassy of Armenia in Spain, Armenpress reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
Ambassador of Armenia to Spain Avet Adonts, diplomats, politicians, public figures, journalists and representatives of the Armenian community participated at the event.
In his remarks, at the beginning of the event, Ambassador Adonts expressed gratitude to the Mayor and members of Pinto City Council for officially recognition of the Armenian Genocide. The Ambassador reflected on scheduled events on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, presenting their essence and content.
Live performance of the Armenian duduk and songs featured the exhibition.
