Armenia’s external debt reduced by about USD 146 million

YEREVN, JANUARY 31, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s gross external debt for 2014 amounted 4 billion 441 million 524 thousand. In comparison with the data of the previous year, it has been reduced by over USD 146 million or 3,5 percent. In accordance with the data published by the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia, regardless of the reduction of the annual indicator, the state debt of the Republic of Armenia has been increased by USD 26,8 million during December.

As reports “Armenpress”, the external state debt has also been increased by about USD 81 million and amounted USD 3 billion 785.2 million. In comparison with 2013, the external state debt has been reduced by about USD 104 million or 3 percent.

Armenia’s internal debt amounted USD 656 million 316 thousand by the end of December. In comparison with the previous day, the indicator has been reduced by USD 54,7 million or 7,6 percent.
