YEREVAN, JANUARY 29, ARMENPRESS. The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire regime last night in different parts of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state borderline using small arms, as well as large-caliber weapons. The Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that the front units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia took relevant steps in cases of recording targeted violations.

On January 29, at 00:30, the rival made another subversive attempt in the Tavush Province of the Republic of Armenia. The Azerbaijani subversive group fired in direction of Daewoo civilian vehicle at Voskepar-Kirants section. The shooting did not harm the three persons in the vehicle. Due to the actions of the Armenian side, the members of the sabotage and reconnaissance group were thrown back.

The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia confidently control the situation along the entire line of contact.
