Azerbaijan won’t participate in World Chess Championship in Armenia

YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, ARMENPRESS: The Azerbaijani chess men’s team will not take part in the World Chess Championship taking place in Armenia. Armenpress reports, citing AzeriSport.com that the Azerbaijani chess players refused taking part in the Championship, to be held in Armenia’s Tsakhkadzor.

The World Team Chess Championship, to be held in Armenia in 2015, will take place in Tsakhkadzor on April 18-19. On these days Tsakhkadzor will become a chess center.
