Davutoglu invites Barzani to Turkey

YEREVAN, 27 NOVEMBER, ARMENPRESS. Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu had a telephone conversation with leader of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, as the Turkish Hurriyet Daily News reports, according to “ArmenPress”.

During the telephone conversation, the main topic of discussion was the latest incidents in Kirkuk and the security in the city. Davutoglu assured Barzani that Turkey is ready to provide “any type of assistance” for stability in Iraq. The Turkish Prime Minister also invited the Iraqi leader to visit Turkey.
