YEREVAN, OCTOBER 28, ARMENPRESS: The economic indicators expected from Armenia’s affiliation to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) are not reflected in 2015 draft state budget, Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan said during the discussion of the draft state budget for the coming year, Armenpress reports.

He stressed their specialists intensively work to assess the effects that our economy will undergo by affiliation with the EEU so that it is reflected in appearance of financial flows. The indicators will be presented in a month, Pavel Safaryan added.

Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) is a political and economic union which was established by a treaty signed on 29 May 2014 between the leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia. A treaty to enlarge the EEU to Armenia was signed on October 9, 2014. The Union will officially go into effect on 1 January 2015.
