YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: On 23 October the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the 2014 winter draft and demobilization. The Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that according to the decree, within the period of January-February 2015 male citizens of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, who will be 18 years old until February 10, 2015 inclusive as well as those citizens whose deferment of mandatory military service has been expired until February 10, 2015 inclusive will be conscripted into the military service during the winter draft.

In compliance with the decree within the period of November-December 2014 servicemen who have completed their mandatory military service will be demobilized from the army.
