Azerbaijan’s destructive approach before negotiations is worrying: Armenian President
YEREVAN, OCTOBER 17, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan hosted the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russian Federation), Pierre Andrieu (France), the Assistant to the US co-chair David Salvoy and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, the Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on October 17.
The Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenpress that at the meeting the sides discussed issues related to the further steps in the peaceful settlement process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, as well as the tripartite meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and France to be held in the end of October in Paris. The parties touched upon the current problems, which do not contribute to the negotiations process. In this context Serzh Sargsyan considered worrying the Azerbaijan’s destructive approach especially before the negotiations.
