YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Victor Ambartsumian International Prize winners for 2014 Felix Aharonyan, Igor Karachentsev and Brent Talin are ready to give their money prize for improvement of skills of young astronomers. The winners said about this during the Press conference held in the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Armenia on September 17.

Brent Talin, representing the United States, said that he created his charity foundation, the money will be sent to that fund and will serve to organize visits of the scientist to the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy, where he carries out his scientific activities. “Of course, the amount will be also spent on Armenian scientist visits,” Brent Talin added.
