YEREVAN, AUGUST 13, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has sent a congratulatory message to Kirsan Ilyumzhinov on the occasion of election on the post of President of FIDE. The Mass Media and Public Relations Department of the President’s Office informed “Armenpress” about this.
