Prosecutor demanded to find Hrachya Harutyunyan guilty and sentence him to seven years in prison

YEREVAN, JULY 24, ARMENPRESS. The prosecutor demanded to find Kamaz driver Hrachya Harutyunyan guilty of the traffic accident, as on July 13 last year his vehicle crashed into a bus near Podolsk, killing 18 people. As reports "Armenpress", the state prosecutor announced this on July 24 during the trial in Moscow Troitski court. He said that the guilt of the Armenian citizen Hrachya Harutyunyan in the deadly accident is completely proven during the court investigation.

None of the parties dispute the fact of the crime. The prosecutor said all the collected evidence fully confirms the guilt of the accused in the accident.

The prosecutor demanded to sentence Hrachya Harutyunyan to seven years in prison. In addition, the prosecution asked to deprive him of the right to drive vehicles for three years. According to the prosecutor, the accused must bear his penalty in common regime colony.
