James Warlick urges Karabakh conflict sides to exploit water resources jointly

The U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Ambassador James Warlick posted a photo of Sarsang reservoir and stated: “This is Sarsang reservoir. It would be a positive step if the sides could jointly manage water resources.”
